Client stories and results.

I have had the chance to work closely with Rhea across several digital adoption and sales enablement initiatives at Cisco, and she is one of those people who genuinely makes the work better just by being part of it. She brings a great mix of initiative, creativity, technical expertise and curiosity to everything she takes on. She digs into the problem, looks for patterns, asks thoughtful questions and comes back with ideas that make the work better.

I met Rhea on my very first day at Accenture. She came across as a force of nature, someone who knows what they are doing and is great at it. She is an excellent Digital Adoption Platform professional, recognized by WalkMe as top 100 in the ecosystem. I have seen Rhea honing change management, learning design, stakeholder communication and project delivery.

Rhea has been an exceptional mentor and collaborator across some pretty complex digital adoption projects. What I appreciate most is that she does not just help solve the task in front of me, she helps me think better. She has pushed me to approach problems with more creativity, structure and a longer term perspective, and coached me toward more reliable, maintainable approaches.

Rhea is a delight to work with. The fresh perspective she brings to the table forces you to look at and consider things in a new light. She is a ball of energy and her candor is her best asset.

Rhea Sharma has great leadership qualities. She is very honest, transparent and has great analytical skills. A young corporate leader in the making.
